Vermont Author Howard Frank Mosher Dies

Vermont author Howard Frank Mosher, 74, died of cancer at his home in Irasburg. With over eleven novels and two memories, Mosher’s work was a collection stories focused on the Northeast Kingdom and a celebration of Vermont’s way of life
